X-Men Cel and Background - ID: octxmen17138

This is an original cel and background set-up from the Marvel Studios production of the Jubilee's Fairytale Theater episode of X-Men: The Animated Series. This setup features a key matching image of the Professor and Jean watching Jubilee as she sits down to tell more fairytales to the children,, and was created at the studio and used during production. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image itself measures 9.5" x 11.5". The piece is in good condition with some minor damage to the background paint where the character cel layer had temporarily been stuck to the background layer.

The artwork was published in the book "X-Men: the Art and Making of the Animated Series" and appears on page 247.
