Fantastic Four Thor Production Cel and Background - ID: fant3500

An original production cel and background setup from the Marvel Studios animated series, "The Fantastic Four" (1994-1996). Featuring the Norse God Thor, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The pieces of the setup are actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the series, although not together. The cel is likely from an episode entitled "To Battle the Living Planet" (1995), as that episode primarily features Thor. Measuring 11.25"X15" and 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8.75"x10", the artwork is in very good condition with minimal edge wear seen in the background and some minor line wear. Included is a matching production drawing.
